Schaefer Outfitters produces and sells apparel, accessories, and gear made specifically for those who live in rural areas nationwide.

THE INZATA SOLUTION​

Inzata connected to Schaefer’s internal sales databases used for phone sales as well as their Shopify database used for online sales. Inzata was able to build a unified view of the data that was within 1% accuracy of previously made EOY sales reports. We then automated the requirement of their marketing vendor for monthly export of sales and customers.
Schaefer can now view trends of product sales to predict when inventory needs to be increased as well as learn what demographics have bought what items.

THE RESULTS​

Detailed demographic data enrichment was done for 18,000 active customers, providing new insights on demographic and generational shifts among the customer base
Reduced inventory shortages by over 50% due to Inzata reporting showing the trends of product
Increased marketing efficiency by over 80% by increasing turn around time of required reports

THE INZATA SOLUTION

Inzata set up automatic ingestion from their financial system to create automated balance sheets and eliminate hours of work to compile monthly balance sheets. Dashboards were created to easily show leadership which apples/orchards are the most profitable historically.

THE RESULTS

  • Created 6 dashboards to monitor profit margins, expenses, and cashflow
  • 65+ hours of work per month eliminated with data prep and analysis automation
  • Management is now able to drill into and explore more than 1000 aspects about each of their 62 fruit tree types across 4 orchards
