Shelley Robinson is the Vice President of Human Resources for Inzata. Her responsibilities as the VP of Human Resources include organizational effectiveness, employee retention, establishing policies that promote company culture and vision, employee compensation, and recruiting.
Shelley helps to maintain Inzata’s ‘people first’ motto by engaging with staff members regularly to hear what thoughts they may have about the company, its leadership, the company’s direction, or anything else they feel is relevant.
Prior to DSM, Shelley was a Strategic Planning and Management consultant in the healthcare industry, primarily focused on creating integrated delivery systems between physicians, hospitals and insurers. After 10 years in the healthcare space, Shelley transitioned her focus to technology.
Shelley received her B.B.A. Marketing degree from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and her M.A. in Organizational Communication from the State University of New York at Albany.
